Airborne Systems FZE is committed to always exceeding our customers' expectations through high-value addition, continual improvement, and timely delivery of products and services.

 

We accomplish the above by first going to staggering lengths to understand our customers' needs. We use this feedback to inform our rigorous and thorough employee training and empowerment programs.  Furthermore, our Quality Management System is subjected to continuous scrutiny and improvement. Each employee is aware of, committed to, and actively involved in the quality improvement process.

 

In this way, we set our team up to achieve their best in both individual performance and teamwork. We firmly believe that the pursuit of quality and its improvement is a continuous process, and this belief forms the cornerstone of our Quality program.

Warranty Statement

  • Aviation parts supplied by Airborne Systems are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.

  • Latent defect discovered on aviation parts supplied in NEW condition at the time of delivery or within twelve (12) months thereafter, or upon installation into an end item provided that such installation occurs within twelve (12) months after delivery of the part, and if it confirms the existence of the defect, Airborne Systems will replace or repair such defective part at its own expense and with reasonable promptness.

  • Airborne Systems shall have no liability or warranty covering the purchaser or any third party for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the part and in all cases Airborne Systems liability is limited to the value of the aviation part purchased and or repaired.

  • Airborne Systems' obligation under this warranty for breach of any obligations with respect to the sale of aviation part is limited to replacing or repairing (at Airborne Systems' option) the part shown to be defective in either workmanship or materials or, (at Airborne Systems' option) refunding the invoice value of the aviation part.

  • This warranty also does not apply to any malfunction of or damage to aviation parts resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse or negligence during handling and installation.

  • To obtain performance under this warranty, and as a condition precedent to any duty of Airborne Systems, the purchaser must notify Airborne Systems in writing to determine the course of action.

  • Any aviation part returned to Airborne Systems should be sent to "Airborne Systems FZE (Attn: Quality Dept.), Light Industrial Unit C-10, Dubai Airport Free Zone, Dubai U.A.E.

  •  

  • THIS WARRANTY IS MADE LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  • IN ADDITION, AIRBORNE SYSTEMS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SALE OR USE OF AVIATION PARTS SUPPLIED BY AIRBORNE SYSTEMS.

  • By placing an order based on this Quotation, the Customer confirms that Airborne Systems FZE liability will in any case not exceed the value of the aviation parts purchased by the Customer and the Customer agrees to indemnify Airborne Systems FZE for any claim exceeding the value of the aviation parts purchased by the Customer including third party claim.
